Duties to include,
- Take all incoming phone calls
- Monitor 'info' email box
- Administer parts delivered/received to Leeds office and complete booking in process
- Work with engineering team in Leeds area to ensure all parts for jobs are available for work.
- Data entry of existing stock holding within company database
- Provide support during training/visitor days
- Schedule all PPM visits for the Leeds branch
- Support Customer Service/Repair dept with booking in works
- Day to working in Protean; closing jobs etc
- Dealing with customer enquiries and job queries.
