We are currently looking to recruit a full-time, organised and pro-active administrative assistant to assist within our busy and fast paced Negotiation and Customer Relations departments.
The role will be varied between the two teams and may encompass cover for additional roles with regards to staff holiday and sickness. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will need to have detailed knowledge of the business to be able to support and engage with our clients to ensure the successful ongoing function of the departments.
Responsibilities:- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records- Manage and organize office files and documents- Assist with general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments- Provide administrative support to staff members and management
Skills:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping- Ability to type quickly and accurately- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
This position requires a reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
