Role Overview:
Cast UK are supporting a well established business with the recruitment process of a Fleet & Office Administrator. As a Fleet & Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the fleet management and office administration processes. You will be based out of the fast paced office, based in Redditch.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing the fleet of cars and vans owned, leased, and rented by the business
- This aspect of the role requires a solid background in a similar position. You will report directly to the Director, ensuring efficient coordination and maintenance of the fleet assets.
- You will provide comprehensive and high-level administrative assistance to support various business needs for internal stakeholders.
- Your tasks will involve general office administration and assisting with facilities management of the Redditch office
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar fleet administration role is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
