Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the RYA training function and form part of the office customer services team.
Duties:
- Manage RYA and training booking system
- Answer phone calls and and action as necessary
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Manage data entry and record keeping for the booking system
- Liiase with accounts department to ensure payments are correctly administered
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Proficiency in using computerised systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
