Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting a local Accountancy practice who are looking for a part–time Office Administrator on a permanent basis. This role will be 30 hours per week and required to be in the office.
Duties will cover a range of administration duties, including:
- Completing letters and forms for sending to clients, alongside other organizations.
- Maintaining client records, across all systems.
- General receptionist duties: welcoming clients into the office, answering telephone calls, running any errands required.
- Receive and redistribute any relevant post.
- Taking payments over the phone and updating the relevant systems.
- Ad hoc projects/support across the teams.
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience within a reception or administrator level role.
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
