Monday to Friday onsite in Crawley, parking available
Full time office hours
Office Angels are partnering a global company on a new temporary opportunity. You will be joining a busy, friendly team of administrators on an immediate start! Booked month to month and continuously reviewed with business needs.
Administration coordination, keeping departments up to date
Engage with suppliers, confirm orders, supplies, and expected delivery dates
Monitor project delivery timelines
Work closely with managers to stay updated on delivery timelines and make necessary adjustments as per project requirements.
Document project progress reports to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Data input in MS Excel
Email communication with external providersAbout you:
You will need previous administration experience
IT literate and comfortable with MS Teams
