Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Oversee monthly billing invoices
- Monthly load of charges from suppliers, ensuring all exceptions cleared or queried.
- Maintain organised records and databases
- Involved in project administration with new clients
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel (Formula level)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Position Details:
- 8:30am-5pm Mon-Friday
- Up to £28,000 per annum
