Office Assistant Full Time

Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Ltd. is a thriving, well-established company who distill and bottle fine Single Malt Scotch whisky. Based in Pitlochry, we pride ourselves on employing capable and motivated individuals. We are looking for friendly, positive applicants to fill the following permanent position within our company:

Office assistant (full time)

Role: As part of a small team in the office you will be involved in all departments. Customer service & sales, logistics & preparing export documents, manage dry goods & bottling schedule, and preparing labels will be parts of your job.

Job Information: Full-time, Permanent. Hours within our company are 8.30am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri (full time – 40 pw). Salary will be discussed at interview depending on skills and experience. 28 Days Holiday per annum including a week shutdown between December/January.

Requirements: Applicants should have a keen eye for detail.
