Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Belfast

Salary and Benefits: Salary dep on experience

Hours of Work: Mon – Fri 9am-5.15pm

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Management company based in Belfast. They would now seeking to recruit an Office Coordinator to join the team.

The Right role:

·Responsible for assisting with the management of all Maintenance, Administration, and

·Open and date stamp all general correspondence.

·Maintain the general filing system and file all relevant correspondence accordingly.

·Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies

·Provide administration services for Managing Director.

·First point of contact – meet and greet business clients and staff.

·Administrating all outgoing mail and taking payment for personal mail.

·Ordering stock of tea, coffee milk etc.

·Keeping reception areas clean at all times.

·Management of all property keys entering and leaving office.

·Logging on QUBE/ECS of all telephone, e mail, fax and letter communications

·Assisting with Help Desk Management Activities for Team Portfolio

·Service Charge Invoicing and Credit Control procedures for Team Portfolio

·Service Charge Expenditure and Payments relating to Team Portfolio

The Right Fit:

Ideally you will come from an Office Coordinator background, have excellent I.T skills. Experience of Sage is preferable but not essential.
