Our client is looking for an experienced Coordinator / Secretary to join their team based in a central location.
Your duties will require you to provide full secretarial support to one of the main Partners, assisting with all diary management and administrative support, whilst also helping to maintain and build relationships between clients.
The successful individual will need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and be a friendly and confident communicator.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the Partner's schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Partner, clients, and the team.
- Handle calls, screen inquiries, and maintain a professional manner.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting letters, emails, updating spreadsheets, filing paperwork, and conducting quality control checks.
- Organise and maintain office systems for smooth operations.
- Perform various tasks such as preparing engagement letters, chasing IDs, maintaining control spreadsheets, and handling Company Secretarial admin duties.
The Individual:
- Experience working in a regulated industry
- Proactive and positive work approach, ready to tackle new challenges.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and professionalism in delivering high-quality work.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
