I am recruiting for a friendly, well established client in Sutton who are looking for a highly organised person to come on board to cover a 12 maternity leave. This Office coordinator role will be taken on a Fixed Term contract which includes a thorough handover period.
The ideal candidate would be available to start mid February following a successful interview.
The role of Office Coordinator would suit someone who has some good administrative/office management experience with a keen interest in HR Operations. It is not essential to have HR experience, but it is a good opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in this area.
The role is varied, providing support to Governance and Leadership. Booking meeting and typing minutes. There will be some recruitment and onboarding. Ensuring all learning & development for staff is up to date as well as a hands on approach in the office to organise stock supplies, property management and events support.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with all types of people at different levels of seniority with efficiency and confidence. You will also be an excellent communicator with a friendly disposition.
This FTC includes some flexible, hybrid working once settled and 25 days holiday.
