Job specification:
- Supporting the Company owner and one Director primarily as well as the wider team.
- Allocation of jobs to the installation team
- Raising Purchase orders
- Ordering materials and chasing up deliveries
- Monitoring emails
- Answering inbound calls and allocating calls internally
- Diary & Travel management for the Directors
- Following up on outstanding quotes
- Attending some site visits to fully understand the Company's business
Person specification:
- Can do / team player approach
- Previous office experience is essential
- Good MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
- Excellent at multi-tasking
- Friendly telephone manner
