Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Office Junior. This role will provide Admin and Sales support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering and sending supplies
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
