Hays are delighted to be working with one of our long-standing and highly-valuable clients in the Chorley area - a family-run and well-established construction company who are investing and growing their team. As such, this company is now on the lookout for a new Office Manager to help facilitate their exciting and long-term growth plans.
Your new role
You will be a crucial part of the business in this busy and varied role. As well as being responsible for the smooth running of the office, and the management of the administration team, you will support the Senior Management Team with any administration duties, as well as by providing timely and accurate reports. You will play a leading role in ISO adherence and accreditation, as well as managing any other internal projects that may arise. Within this closely-knit and friendly team, you will be a confident and leading figure, performing any ad-hoc duties and providing general support when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience as an Office Manager or in a senior administrative role. You must have previous experience of working with ISO certifications, as you will be expected to play a leading role in all processes and procedures relating to ISO. Ideally, you will have prior experience of working within the construction industry. You will be a confident and outspoken leader, as well as someone who is able to enact and influence change.
