The Drinks Bureau are looking for an Office Manager to help play a crucial role in the smooth running of the office and provide vital support to day-to-day operations. You will provide strong, reliable support to The Drinks Bureau team, ensuring that everything from administrative tasks to project management is handled efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.
· Act as the first point of contact for the company, handling correspondence, phone calls and visitors.
· Admin duties including raising sales invoices and chasing clients for payments.
· Building relationships with customers and suppliers.
· Managing PO’s and coordinating with warehouse to ensure customers receive deliveries on time and as per specification.
· Organise and schedule meetings.
· Oversee and maintain the office supplies and equipment.
· Organise any necessary IT and facilities works.
· Prepare reports and presentations and as when required.
· Assist in the planning, coordinate and execution of events.
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
· Provide support as and when necessary to the Co-Founder.
Skills:
· Previous experience of working within an office support role is essential.
· Previous accounts admin experience preferred.
· Excellent time management with ability multi-task and prioritise work.
· Strong organisational and planning skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
· Proficient in the use of accounting software (i.e. Xero)
· Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
· A friendly can do attitude.
