Key Responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

- Oversees the overall maintenance and appearance of the office space to reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Coordinates with vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Implements and maintains office security and access protocols.
- Plans and coordinates internal and external events, meetings, and presentations.
- Ensures that events and meetings align with the brand's image and standards.
- Collaborates with various departments to execute flawless events and gatherings.
- Acts as a central point of contact for office-related inquiries and support for team members.
- Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing employee needs.
- Assists in onboarding new employees and facilitates a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Monitors expenses and identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with the luxury fashion industry is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
