Their ambitious nature means they are continually looking to the future, seeking new challenges. They are searching for an Office Manager to join their successful, small team.Your new role
- Run all aspects of the company's administration.
- Banking reconciliations for all orders and invoices.
- Invoice processing.
- Credit control.
- Updating the in-house database with supplier information.
- Order management.
- General office management and duties.
- Dealing with suppliers and updating on delivery dates.
- Chasing up couriers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with Sage, ideally Sage 200.
- The ability to manage day to day operations in all aspects of finance and administration.
- A positive, motivated attitude towards work.
- Previous administration experience.
What you'll get in return
- Competitive salary between GBP27,000-GBP28,000.
- Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30.
- A bonus scheme which is dependent on performance.
- 28 days holiday and shut over Christmas. This doesn't come out of the standard holidays.
