An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join the Admin Support Team within a busy and successful Accountancy Firm.
Full Time, Permanent position based in Poole working Monday to Friday.
Office-based role due to the nature of the work NOT Hybrid.
Applicants will need to have a car and a driving licence as on occasion you may need to visit other local office locations.
A busy and varied Office Manager (Senior Administration and Office support role) - no two days will be the same an exciting and fast paced role within a team with a very collaborative and friendly culture!
Duties will include
Leading and managing daily office operations, ensuring efficiency.
Mentor and support the intimate administrative team for a friendly and efficient service culture.
Identify and implement process enhancements to boost productivity.
Oversee client data systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist in business document preparation, and event coordination.
Prepare and submit client secretarial documents accurately and on time.
Ensure a comfortable office environment and address facility-related issues.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Handle inquiries and requests effectively.
Proficiently use Microsoft Office for various tasks.
Apply problem-solving skills to address daily challenges and inquiries.
Embrace a dynamic role, showing self-motivation and adaptability.
Use initiative to contribute to office success.
Demonstrate a professional and organized approach.

You will bring
Commercially minded, be highly organised, love being busy, have excellent attention to detail and be passionate about delivering exceptional service to internal and external clients.
You will also be agile and able to remain calm under pressure.
A self-motivated, flexible individual who is able to use their initiative and be pro-active
Managerial experience is required, or someone who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required to manage/support a team.
Be proficient in word and excel, having a good working knowledge of both, you will have excellent written skills, including experience of communicating via formal letters and emails, with accurate spelling and grammatically correct English.
Have the ability to work with colleagues of all levels and be able to build relationships with colleagues and clients
