Job description
As Office Manager you will provide support for the CEO and other Board members with administration, including preparing board packs and presentations, taking minutes, processing expenses, travel plans and general diary management as required.
General office administration (filing, document scanning, answering phone calls, getting signatures etc.)
Maintaining office facilities by being central organiser of all office related requirements – including ordering supplies, coordinating third party suppliers (e.g. cleaners, confidential waste, consumables)
Ensuring office spaces meet the requirements of the company’s health and safety policies and reporting any concerns to Management but also developing spaces to deliver a great employee experience.
Organising meetings (booking rooms, arranging refreshments, coordinating external attendees)
Organising events, conferences, training (such as company training days, annual employee events, management meetings)
Management of company fleet - including supporting driver queries, managing third party lease providers, supporting delivery and return of vehicles at end of contract and maintenance of information for purposes of end of year reporting, insurance information etc.
Other facilities or administrative tasks as necessary
This role is based in the office full time.
