Office Manager (30 hours per week)
If you have excellent office management skills, thrive on being part of a small 'hands on' team, would love to work for a charity and you have a good sense of humour, this could be a fantastic opportunity! With responsibility for leading and implementing the administrative function of the charity you will play a key role in the day to day operations including finance, family support, research and fundraising.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Maintaining a fantastic office environment including making sure it is fully stocked and equipped at all times
- With the support of an external agency, overseeing the HR functions
- Account managing the relationship with all 3rd party contractors
- Looking after employee wellbeing
- Working with the CEO and supporting the Head of Fundraising and Family Support Lead in strategy planning
- Leading the administration of all charity services
- Working with the CEO to ensure that all necessary reporting is comprehensive and timely
- Providing administration to Medical writing and research work
- Processing invoices and monthly reconciliation
- Managing the office budget

Skills and experience required:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Confident on all Microsoft packages and using CRM databases
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship builder with both internal and external colleagues
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Proactive and organized with strong initiative skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt as required
Based on the outskirts of Worcester, our client is offering a salary of £29k - £31k pro rata for 30 hours per week. Standard hours are Monday - Thursday (could be flexible on day swap). The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check prior to start date.
