Office Manager to join them. They are looking for an experience
Office Manager ideally with experience in the construction experience although for the right candidate willing to learn they would be flexible on this.The
Office Manager day to day duties include: -
- General day to day management of the office
- Order and maintain PPE for the Site Operatives and Office Staff
- Overview of the fleet with constant liaison with the Fleet Manager
- Complete O&M Manuals
- Complete Construction Phase Plans
- Complete and Maintain the Accreditations and ISO renewal annually
- Book and overlook all training for the Site Managers, Operatives and Office Personnel
- Completing Client PQQ's
- Authenticate Staff/Agency/Subcontractor Certificates
- Overview of the procurement for both businesses
- Creating tender/contract numbers and files
- Assisting with price enquiries for tenders
- Receiving weekly site returns and updating cost sheets to reflect
- Booking accommodation for Site Operatives when needed
- Filling out credit application forms
- Logging unsatisfactory deliveries
- Going through onhire reports to make sure all items are on site - liaise with site to ensure all items are still needed
- Assist with invoice queries, costing sheet queries and credit card reconciliation
- To attend meetings, take minutes and distribute to the appropriate people
The successful
Office Manager will have the following skills and experience:-Previous commercial experience as an
Office Manager ideally within construction or a fast paced manufacturing environment.People management experience you will be managing 2 admin staff directly but overseeing the whole office of 15 with adhoc dutiesStrong communication skills being able to liaise with external contractors, internal contract managers and be able to ensure processes are being followed and deadlines are met.Good IT skills including word and excelStrong organisational skills are a must but be able to prioritise important tasks when faced with challenges.In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of £30,000-35,000 dependent on your experience, this is an office based role and the hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30-4pm on Friday.If you think you have the skills and experience that my client is looking for call Michelle Laight on or alternatively click APPLY with your updated CV and I will be in touch soon.
