Role & Responsibilities:
As the nerve centre of our office, you'll be the orchestrator of our daily operations, playing a key role in the smooth running of our business.
- Office Management: Ensure the efficient and effective management of day-to-day office activities. Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring the office is a productive environment.
- Enquiry Handling: Be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, managing them efficiently and ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
- Liaising with Sales Surveyors: Act as the key point of contact for our Sales Surveyors. Coordinate and streamline communication between sales and office operations.
- Training Coordination: Recruit, organize and oversee training programs for staff, ensuring everyone is equipped with the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
- Collaborate and Support: Work closely with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless inter-departmental communication and cooperation.
- Process Improvement: Continually seek ways to improve office procedures and practices to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in office management, ideally complemented by experience or education in architecture, engineering, or the home improvement sector.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
