They are seeking to employ an experienced full time Office Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity to join a prestigious, established company that can offer a secure role in a friendly working environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Audio typing
- Answering telephone queries and directing calls to the relevant departments
- Inputting and recording data using excel.
- Ordering materials such and office supplies and cleaning products
- Filing - electronically and hard copy
- Delivering excellent customer service
- General adhoc administration duties
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience in office management
- Computer literate
- Experience of using Microsoft packages
- Audio typing
