As an Office Manager your responsibilities include:
- Manage and lead a team within the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other department managers to ensure overall organisational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with NHS and government standards and regulations.
- Handle departmental budget and resources.
- Maintain a high standard of patient confidentiality and professionalism.
- Regularly report to senior management on departmental performance and progress.
Profile
A successful Office Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience in administrative roles within the Public Sector and Government industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
