This is an unrivalled opportunity to join the business as an established Office Manager. Your role will be broad, fast paced, interesting and with exposure to all areas and levels of the business.
You will be overseeing a small reception/admin team, assisting senior executives, working closely with the CEO on projects and BAU tasks, as well as dealing with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of building, operational and staffing matters.
A critical project you will be overseeing is an office move for 2025.
This really is an exciting position with plenty of colour and collaboration.
Duties will include, however, list not exhaustive:
- Manage relationships with service providers and tenants
- Coordinate office moves
- Staff management
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Plan and execute corporate events, meetings and conferences
- Coordinate and oversee logistics, catering and other event related tasks
- Work closely with Real Estate agents in preparation for the upcoming office move
- Other ad hoc tasks and projects
To be able to carry out this position you will have experience in a similar role ideally within financial services. You'll be able to evidence such duties such as: staff management, office moves and working within a global successful business.
The ideal candidate will be professional, able to communicate at all levels and have a willingness to want the best for the business, the office, the environment and culture.

- Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate environment - ideally financial services
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail
- Strong ability using MS Office and other technology
- Previous experience of planning and executing an office move.
