My client is seeking a proactive and independent Office Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including booking travel, organising events, managing invoices, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Booking travel and accommodation for staff.
- Organising meetings and company events to ensure smooth operations.
- Ordering stationery and office supplies to maintain stock levels.
- Handling correspondence and queries promptly and efficiently.
- Processing invoices and managing expenses to ensure financial accuracy.
- Ordering supplies for various sites to support operational needs.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team.
- Undertaking reception tasks, such as welcoming visitors and answering phone calls.
- A positive, independent, and pro-active approach to tasks.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Ability to work confidently and make the role your own.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
