Early riser? Our successful finance client is seeking an accomplished Office Manager to join their team asap.
Located in Mayfair, the role will be all encompassing, based FoH, working collaboratively with the Facilities Manager. Secure data is critical to their business therefore experience with and working knowledge of critical facilities infrastructure (UPS’s, HVAC and emergency generator power are a definite advantage.
Duties will be broad including assisting HR,, supervising team of staff (cleaners, maintenance, post room etc.), invoicing. Ensure the smooth running of office related services including: reception, Café/tea points, cleaning, security, building maintenance, post room, MER room and more.
The successful candidate will ideally have 5 years office management experience gained within professional services.
A professional attitude, team player - a gsoh and an enthusiastic approach, a positive , 'can do' personality. Flexible with superb communication skills.
7.30am start - 5.30pm, flexibility required adhoc outside of hours.
