As Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing team diaries, coordinating appointments, and scheduling meetings.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the MD and small management team, presently 4 people.
- Managing office operations, including scanning and inputting data, organising meetings and becoming the backbone support for the office team.
- Handling communication, both internal and external, in a professional, articulate, and polite manner.
- Proven experience in the role, or as a PA/Administrator.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, including scanning and data input.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and technology.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring discretion at all times.
- A can-do attitude and someone who is self-confident, humourous, and robust.
