The Role
We are on the lookout for Office Manager to support our incredible growth. This role will require you to be the voice of the company both internally and externally, being the first point of contact for any enquiries, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the company. We want a passionate person with a "get it done" approach; someone who can take the lead, make decisions, be disciplined, and underpin company values.
What you’ll be doing
- Dealing with any enquiries that come through the company email box. It will be your primary role to act as the voice of the company and be the first point of call with new and existing customers
- Booking in and conducting virtual calls with customers to provide further assessment for the suitability of a customer’s property
- Setting up new customers in our CRM system and updating the system regularly
- Invoicing and bookkeeping using Xero Accounting package, as well as processing staff expenses
- Booking & organising (and attending) company social events, dinners, sporting events etc, as well as company treat days
- Managing the in-house employee database, including holiday requests and records
- Assisting Directors and Senior Management where needed with diary management and support with tasks
- Ad hoc administrative/office management requests
What you’ll bring to the role
- Previous experience with office management or business support, with a demonstratable track record of supporting business leaders
- The ability to prioritise effectively and communicate effectively
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- A personable, friendly communication style to quickly build rapport with customers
- A positive and approachable attitude with a desire to build strong working relationships
- Ability to plan for tight deadlines and achieve desired outcomes
