Office Manager
An Office Manager (with some EA elements) is required to work for this luxury fashion and accessories brand in Knightsbridge. They are a lovely small team looking for someone bright, switched on with previous Office Manager experience. You will be based in the office every day, working 9.30-6pm. As the Office Manager your role will include:- HR liaison, preparing contracts, Health & Safety, preparing payroll info, collating timesheets, overseeing IT requirements, training staff on new systems, updating the website, checking invoices, monitoring & ordering packaging & stationery, overseeing annual stock take and more… On the EA side, you may do some diary management, make appointments, update sales & stock info. As they’re a small team they really want someone who can muck in on all sides – a real team player. As Office Manager, you ideally need to have experience working within the creative or luxury sector.
