Office Manager/PA, Warwick
Small, family-run office in Warwick requires an experienced Office Manager/PA to help run the office and provide support to the team.
You must have a solid background in corporate office management, with PA experience too. A background in HR and/or finance would be extremely beneficial.
Duties to include managing general building maintenance, ordering supplies, stock control, management of IT/tech/comms, organising company meetings and events, making bookings, HR duties, plus ad-hoc team secretary/PA duties when required.
This is a really key role within the organisation; you will be the lynch pin responsible for the smooth running of the company. Applicants must be very level-headed, calm and exceptionally well organised.
This role can be either full-time or part-time, and there is flexibility to work remotely on some days.
3, 4 or 5 days per week, with at least one day working in the office.
