Form of workNewstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an Office Operations Manager to join a progressive company based in Luton, Beds.
The role will include IT systems management, reporting, office management, recruitment, and general administrative tasks.
Essential skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with IT systems management. (High level of MS Excel would be advantageous).
- Excellent organisational and multi -tasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
- Strong administrative skills.
Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
Salary: Up to £28,000 pa depending on experience
