This is an opportunity for a highly experienced senior Java developer who is interested in branching out into the AI Software Engineering space!

About the opportunity:
The business have software built with high scalability and reliability, they are looking to enhance their products for their customers around the world so are looking to move into the AI space.
This isn't a role working on an existing AI product, rather you will be looking into building a solution for the business and bringing your experience and knowledge to the table!
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Engineer with either commercial experience or lots of research into AI within the Software Engineering space (Large Language Models or Prompt Engineering).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about using AI to improve software products for customers.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Extensive experience and expertise within Java
- Experienced working as a Senior Software Engineer
- Commercial experience OR have done research/has exposure in the AI software engineering space, ideally in Large Language Models (LLMs) or Prompt Engineering.
- Team player with fantastic communication skills
- Solid understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
- Excellent skills within RESTful web services and Spring/Spring boot
