The company are a specialist contractor in Roofing, Cladding and Solar PV. They work within industrial, commercial, retail and government sectors across the UK, providing a highly reputable service to clients such as Lush Cosmetics. Off the back of recent success, and ongoing long term contracts, the need has arisen for an Office and Project Coordinator to join the team.

You will be the key administrator in the business, responsible for providing smooth coordination of a diverse portfolio of projects, as well as effective general administration. You will work closely with the Director / Owner, as well as suppliers, the accounts department and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

The role:

• Work closely with the Director, to become fully proficient in the role
• General office administration - checking email enquiries, taking inbound calls, ensuring records are well maintained etc
• Assist in the planning, coordinating and execution of a range of commercial solar projects
• Liaise closely with suppliers to ensure a good level of quality of materials
• Liaise with accounts / finance
• Coordinate with the installation teams on site to resolve any issues and coordinate projects timelines

The person:

• Strong administration or project coordination / management background
• Any experience in Construction or Renewables desirable
• Happy in an office-based role
