Office Service Administrator

Your new companyYou will be working for a large healthcare based organisation in Liverpool on a long-term temporary basis, most likely until the end of 2024.Your new roleWorking for a newly formed part of the business, you will be reporting into the commercial management team. This is a stand-alone position that will have you handling incoming calls and queries, dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks including tracking on spreadsheets, handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, purchasing administration, ordering stationery and much more.What you'll need to succeedThis role requires a confident and experienced administration professional with a flexible approach who is happy to turn their attention to a wide range of tasks and priorities.
