Olleco is on a mission to help protect the planet, working together with thousands of foodservice businesses to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by hundreds and thousands of tonnes. We are now looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team and help us to continue to do things the right way for customers, colleagues and the planet.
With over 1,000 colleagues in multiple sites nationwide delivering excellent performance, we supply premium cooking oils, and collect organic waste, which is then converted into bio-methane, electricity, heat and organic fertiliser. We offer the human touch with local, community-based depots which seek to give back to those communities every chance we get.
As a Senior Engineer based in our Oilsense you will be a fundamental part of our team, enabling us to continue with our mission to serve the planet, a purpose we care strongly about and are committed to. 
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to provide strategic and operational leadership to our engineering team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of installation and maintenance projects.
A little bit more about the role:

• Develop the direction and delivery of the team's installation, engineering and maintenance strategy
• Manage, support and develop the team of Oilsense Engineers
• Support Assets on customer sites with planned and reactive maintenance
• Install and upgrade Olleco Systems throughout the UK
• Attend breakdowns and maintenance throughout the UK
• Ensure all sites are compliant with relevant regulations relating to electrical and mechanical engineering
• Develop, implement and monitor a strong Preventive Maintenance programme

About you:

• Ability to read/interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and P&IDs essentials
• Hands on experience working in a Engineering/Maintenance/Reliability department
• Electrical / EC&I Qualifications
• 7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  Ideally 2391 Inspection and Testing 
• Time served apprenticeship / HND / HNC or equivalent qualification
• Health and Safety related qualification with IOSH
