You will be responsible for

What I do:

  • Responsible for the management of rollout programmes of in excess of a £1m.
  • Attend and actively participate in site meetings with Developers, Franchisees, Acquisitions + BDM teams to discuss programmes and specifications.
  • Present financial & design plans to Franchisee & Business development managers.
  • Assist with feasibility, design and assessment work for proposed projects to inform the development of business cases and investment proposals.
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of day-to-day project activities including Compliance, Health + Safety, Financial management and Reporting.
  • Support the retail teams in launch week to open all New Company and Franchise stores effectively and on time.
  • Attend project snagging meetings to identify and sign off all snags as per KPI’s.
  • Utilising store design plans to calculate accurate equipment and labour requirements for the Retail teams to enable a first-time delivery on all rollout projects.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the Design team to update any retail plan changes, profile challenges, DDA compliance, Fire risk and safety issues.
  • Manage contractors effectively ensuring all risk assessments and method statements are always adhered to.
  • Work closely with the administration team to ensure all business communications such as the Property Pipeline are accurate before published.
  • Cover Project manager role during annual leave.
  • Cover store launch role when required.
  • Field based role that requires working away from home and overnight stays

Skills I need:

  • Highly organised and able to multitask.
  • Strong coordination, motivational and mediation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative without guidance.
  • Ability to operate analysis and communication software such as Excel, word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong aptitude to work within deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of H&S and CDM requirements.
