An expanding Construction Consultancy Practice is actively seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Construction Project Manager to become a valued member of their team based in Birmingham.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role
The Assistant Construction Project Manager will assume responsibility for a diverse portfolio of projects spanning high-end retail, residential, commercial, hospitality, and leisure sectors, each presenting unique challenges whilst being exciting to work on.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager will have an important role, managing various projects in the UK and Europe. They'll work closely with clients, overseeing projects from start to finish. Their responsibilities include planning, coordination, and ensuring projects meet objectives, all while staying on budget and schedule. Their excellent communication and problem-solving skills are key to success in these diverse projects.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager
- MRICS, CIOB, APM accredited, or actively working towards
- Experience within a construction consultancy
- Proven record of working on a mix of projects in Commercial and/or Residential sectors
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Goal orientated
