The Role - Online Assessment Manager:
As the Online Assessment Manager, you will lead the organisation's Online Assessment operation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, managing customer queries, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in process improvement, team management, and representing the organisation positively to external parties.
Key Responsibilities - Online Assessment Manager:
- Oversee customer helpdesk queries, ensuring high service standards and effective resolution.
- Develop and monitor Online Assessment processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Cultivate relationships with system suppliers, IT support, and training providers.
- Lead a team dedicated to excellence in customer service.
Skills and Experience required - Online Assessment Manager:
- Experience in managing online exams and assessment processes.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably with an online ticketing system.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships.
- Experience in team / people management.
Interviews - Online Assessment Manager:
- 2 stages
- 1st stage online
- Scheduled for Thursday 7th and Friday 8th March 2024
- 2nd stage in person (London)
- Week commencing 11th March TBC
- 1st stage online
