Oaklands College have an exciting opportunity for a full time Online Courses Administrator to join our expanding online learning team based at our St Albans campus. You will receive a competitive salary of between £20,076 - £20,884, plus staff benefits. The successful applicant will have experience of administration and hold level 2 qualifications in English & maths (GCSE, Functional Skills or equivalent). We are looking for someone who can use Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) has good planning and organisational skills, can work on their own initiative and has excellent customer service skills. Reporting to the Head of Adult Provision you will ensure the smooth running of the day to day administration within the online department, provide an outstanding administrative and support service to the management of online course provision. The role will involve providing information to learners and applicants, maintaining student records, administration of learner records on online learning platforms, creating reports and working collaboratively with other members of the department.
