The Role:
We have a new opportunity for an experienced Plant Manager to take responsibility for managing a team of operated suction excavator and grab lorry drivers.
Here are some of the activities you’ll be involved with:
- Leading, managing, coaching, and developing your direct reports, creating a culture of ‘zero harm’ and ‘right first time’
- Planning and managing work
- Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality compliance in relation to storage, vehicles, people, and systems of work
- Manage and maintain the allocation of vehicles
- Ensure plant volume control measures are in place
- Monitor compliance of live hire reports, usage, and PPE compliance, ensuring action and control is undertaken
- Guarantee the correct damage procedures are undertaken
- Make sure vehicles and plant are compliant and adhere to regulations

We are looking to hear from individuals with knowledge of Operated Plant and experience in managing high-performing teams.
Great communication and organisational skills are essential, as is a full and valid driving licence and computer literacy.
