After years of research, Planted was founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich. Our revolutionary plan will make the world a better place. We structure meats from plants that is no way inferior to animal meat, scores with unique taste, and authentic texture, and is miles ahead in terms of sustainability and health!

Your mission:
- You oversee, develop and further optimize the daily supply chain operation in the UK working closely with our distribution partners.
- You own the UK demand forecast and lead the UK S&OP process with the sales teams and distributors.
- You provide reports to local and international teams on UK inventory and input these into internal BI systems.
- You are the key point of contact to the central supply chain in Switzerland, connecting the UK S&OP process to the European roll-up.
- You build & continuously improve Planted’s data landscape in the UK.
- You manage all back-office financial processes in collaboration with the finance team in Switzerland and the UK Country Manager.
- You continuously contribute to Planted’s feedback culture by tracking customer needs and product applications in the UK and sharing them with the global HQ.
- You will support the New Business drive in the UK, creating first contact leads for our sales team to chase down.
You:
- Ideally living in London or commutable (we have a permanent office in Battersea and aim to work together 2 days per week).
- Are a self-driven, go-getter with 5 years or more work experience in supply and operations within FMCG.
- Have a broad skill set in being able to manage the end-to-end supply chain and problem solve.
- Are highly organised, reliable, and numbers-driven personality.
- Have excellent communication skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
- Have working knowledge of MS 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
- Are a team-player with a positive energy and responsibility-taker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of independence.
- Enthusiastic about working with plant-based meat and food in general.
- Are fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
- Are allowed to work in the UK (valid work permit)
