Operations Support Analyst

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Support Analyst to join a dynamic team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing workflow management, ensuring optimal workflow activities in support of service levels, and effective resource planning.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee resource planning and forecasting for the business area, ensuring that sales and service resources are optimised to meet business and project demand.
- Generate and analyse operational reports to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends or issues that require attention.
- Encourage and contribute to a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration amongst colleagues across the area.
- Provide support to the wider management team in ensuring that operational activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in utilising Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools for operational MI and reporting.
- Experience in Real-Time Analysis, planning, and forecasting for a busy telephone-based operation.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Confident in using negotiation skills to facilitate the delivery of change.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels and from all business areas to support the delivery of strategic corporate projects.
