Responsibilities
- Maintaining regular communication with potential buyers in our database.
- Scheduling and conducting property viewings.
- Providing constructive feedback to sellers
- Facilitating negotiations between sellers and buyers to reach agreeable terms.
- Oversee the sale process through to completion.
- Actively seek new business opportunities to contribute to the company's growth.
Skills & Experience
- Ideally 1 years' experience in a Sales Negotiator position.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
- Proficiency in managing sales processes.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with a dynamic team.
- Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for lead generation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license and car.
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- Either from 9:00am - 5:30pm OR 9:30am - 6:00pm.
