Job description

The new role of Asset Manager is key role within the restructured Estates – Building Services team. The role will be instrumental in ensuring that all Estates Assets (Mechanical, Electrical & Fabric) assets are managed and maintained within the Estates CAFM & Asset Lifecycle Management systems. The role will act as the technical lead on all asset information requirements and will act as “Handover Manager” for the successful transition of all digital Capital and Revenue project handover information in to Estates operational systems. Reporting to the Head of Building Services the successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and substantial experience of delivering highly customer centric services to a wide range of customers (both internal and external). They may have previously worked in a similar Facilities / Estates Management position and be looking for an exciting new challenge to contribute to driving forward the university’s bold agenda. This post is full-time and open-ended.
