Description
- Drive Operational Excellence initiatives within the Procurement & Supply Chain department.
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve operational efficiency.
- Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
- Implement best practices for process improvement in the FMCG industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for Operational Excellence.
- Monitor and report performance metrics for process improvement projects.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Profile
A successful Operational Excellence Lead should have:
- Knowledge of continuous improvement processes in a fast paced industry
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Yellow/Green belt certification/ Kaizen planning is desirable
