Operational Process Manager

Insight Global is assisting our client, global leaders in semiconductor manufacturing, hire for a full-time Process and Systems Manager. (This role includes 30% Travel per annum) This role takes charge of the management and day-to-day functions of Field Services. The nature of the job has various roles and responsibilities linked to Operational Process management, checking regional reporting adequacy, tracking all operational data, including Technique, Process Solutions, Data, and Coordinating day-to-day execution of work. As well as, identifying and implementing process changes identifying exceptions or deviations, evaluating performance, and assisting in audits. This manager will own mapping and improvement of field service Operational Processes and systems. Responsibilities also include Operational Processes and systems development, which is key to the efficient working practices and operational excellence throughout the Field Service organization. Strong processes allow teams to provide customer focus and ensure that they are always striving to deliver world-class services to our customers. This role helps drive operational maturity which is a key aspect to the field ops strategy. VTPS dotted line responsibility is also a requirement you will ensure operational regions are continuing to develop their operational excellence programs and present clear and concise VTPS data. Applications should meet this following criteria: Bachelors Degree in higher science Experience in technical manufacturing focusd on process improvements Strong knowledge of the ISO 9000, IS14000 legislative acts and their impacts Extensive experience coordinating and driving change management including hands on with activities such as: planning, impact assessments, translations, process evaluation, issue resolution and escalations. Ability to analyse and identify patterns in (utilization data, financial data, capacity planning, mean time to repair, protective maintenance, health and safety) Ability to leverage Excel and Power BI Comfortable traveling globally up to 30% per annum. This role is targeting a salary base of £75, ,000/K.
