• Permanent role, salary £90-110,000 plus bonus
• Location : London Liverpool street and home working hybrid (3 days in office)
• Requirements : Operational Resilience regulations, DORA regulations, background in operations

This is a brilliant role for an Operational Resilience Lead to embed in Operational Resilience regulations and DORA regulations into the business as BAU

You will also be leading a team of 2-3 Operational Resilience Analysts within the team and building this team for the future.

As part of the Business Service Management (BSM) Group, the Operational Resilience Lead will support the Head of Business Service Management with the day-to-day management of the resilience team, and the ongoing maintenance and development of Operational Resilience capabilities, assets and best practices to ensure the firm's business services are resilient.

The Operational Resilience Lead will specifically define and drive the Operational Resilience Strategy, Governance, MI and the production of the Self-Assessment. They will work with BSM colleagues, Service Owners and Capability Leads to support resilient service operations, identify thematic lessons learned and develop priority business cases to address gaps and vulnerabilities to ensure business services are efficient, effective, redundant and resilient.

Longer term, your key focus will be Improving the ability to prevent, adapt, respond to, recover, and learn from operational disruptions is critical for improving the Operational Resilience of the bank (as well as ensuring compliance with regulator-driven requirements in this space - such as Operational Resilience (FCA, PRA) and DORA (EBA/ESMA)

Role requirements

• Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience regulation and its letter and spirit translation
• Practical experience of having deployed and/or supported in Business-As-Usual, Operational Resilience at a senior / mid-senior level within financial services
