A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a prestigious college in Cambridge as Operations Administration Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a unique role that offers a great level of variety and responsibility.
Main duties will include:
- Project/Programme Management
- Event organising
- Stakeholder management
- Development, training and management of three direct reports
- Attending high level meetings and taking minutes
- Handling any departmental queries
- Support senior leaders with the college's vision and strategy
- Providing Executive Assistant support to senior leaders where required
- Researching and writing reports and documents
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong Project Management / EA experience
- Experience working within educational, charitable or government establishments desirable
- Highly organised with event planning experience
- Research and report-writing skills
- Effective communicator
- Flexibility to work outside of normal hours when required
- Excellent people management skills
