My client, a well established business based in Purfleet, is looking for an Operation Administrator to join them immediately on a temporary to Permanent basis.
Working within the busy operations department, you will be responsible for providing all round administrative support to the team.
Duties include:
- Matching data and data input
- Ordering uniform and office consumables
- Paying parking tickets
- File management
- Dealing with calls and responding to emails
- Typing letters and producing documents
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong IT skills including Ms Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
